Mr .Boffo and Mr. Socko are Movie producers. They are always seen together. They have only apeared in two episodes of the series.

Trivia

• Although based on the same tugboat, the two of them have very different face features. Socko has a grey moustache whilst Boffo has no moustache at all. Boffo has square shaped glasses and Socko's are round. Boffo has a wider nose where as Scoko's nose is long and straight.
• In TUGS, Mr. Boffo and Mr. Socko were named Burke and Blair, and were scrap dealing villainous tugboats. The logos on the sides of their stacks are two B's arranged back to back.
